Description
After a world premiere at the Opéra national de Bordeaux in November 2024, followed by a revival at the Opéra de Limages in January 2025, Clara Olivares' contemporary opera Les Sentinelles will be revived in its original production at the Opéra-Comique in April 2025, with the original performers.
Clara Olivares and Chloé Lechat have opted for the operatic form to portray contemporary protagonists and issues on an original subject. The fruit of a writing process they conducted together, the show and score bring together three singers, an actress and an orchestral narrator in a captivating immersive project. With them, opera intends to continue to capture all the nuances of intimate life.
In coproduction with Opéra national de Bordeaux and Opéra de Limoges.
