The water connection does not work, although there is noise everywhere. And the elevator is stuck again. Apparently everyday problems in a high-rise apartment building that caretaker Lomeier has to take care of. But that night everything is different: In the heat of the summer sultry, the residents of the house immerse themselves in a world between dream and reality, in which their secrets of everyday life, hidden passions and longings are revealed.
